We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced OD Practitioner to join our People Experience Team.
You will act as an internal OD consultant, leading on key OD programmes which support culture change, employee engagement, team effectiveness, talent development and wellbeing, from initial identification of need to designing, delivering, and evaluating OD interventions that support the delivery of the Trust’s strategy and Great Place to Work People Strategy
In partnership with the Head of People Experience and OD/Wellbeing Lead, you will support the development, delivery, and evaluation of the Trust’s OD framework – drawing on leading evidence-based practices
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, a creative thinker and hands-on and collaborative in their approach, with strong leadership skills, and an interest in building relationships at every level within the organisation and with external partners. The ability to appropriately challenge, communicate, coach and support others through change is an essential part of this role.
We work within an agile working environment and there will be a requirement for onsite and home working. Whilst this job is advertised on a full time basis please note we are happy to consider alternative patterns of work, such as part-time work, job-sharing, compressed hours etc.
