We have an exciting opportunity to join our People Directorate as our Recruitment and Resourcing Lead.
We’re looking for experienced professionals who have a progressive and people first mindset, as we focus on achieving our strategic ambitions and creating a great place to work.
Recruitment and Resourcing is a key focus for the Trust and the post holder will take the lead for the recruitment function and as part of the recruitment leadership team with the Temporary Staffing Lead and Head of Recruitment and Resourcing, ensure comprehensive Trust wide resourcing solutions are in place for medical and non-medical workforce including international recruitment, widening participation, DBS, and specialist recruitment.
The postholder will be responsible for the creation and delivery of improving recruitment and retention information to key stakeholders at all levels to ensure staffing optimisation is a Trust wide focus.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, a creative thinker and hands-on and collaborative in their approach, with strong leadership skills, and an interest in building relationships at every level within the organisation and with external partners.
We work in an agile working environment and there will be a requirement for onsite and home working. Whilst this job is advertised on a full time basis, please note we are happy to consider alternative patterns of work, such as part-time work, job-sharing, compressed hours etc.
