You will help to shape, co-ordinate and deliver a professional learning offer aligned to the University Strategy and People and Culture Plan. You will have experience of working in a professional level learning and organisational development role with a proven ability to design and facilitate a wide range of learning and development interventions. You will be skilled in developing learning content, writing tender specifications and sourcing external providers delivering around the full learning and development life cycle. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, be able to build effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels and exemplify a ‘can do’ attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shape, cordinate and deliver a professional learning offer aligned to the University Strategy and HR People and Culture Plan.
- Facilitate, design, develop, and deliver learning and organisational development approaches that have a positive impact on workplace culture and behaviour.
- Design and facilitate Leadership and Management Programmes and also run team development sessions and team away days
- Take a lead role in developing quality accessible learning content.
- Facilitate a range of learning topics to large, medium and smaller audiences using a range of different delivery methods.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders, senior leaders, managers, employees, committees, and groups across the university to deliver behaviour change.
Ideally you will:
- Be educated to degree level or equivalent (a degree in a related organisational development or behavioural science is more desirable)
- Have a professional qualification relevant to learning and or organisational development
- Be a natural communicator and relationship builder with the ability to balance process and business need
- Have a high level of IT literacy including experience and expertise in current learning and development technologies including e-learning, and learning management systems
