Interim / FTC HR Business Partner - Lincoln – circa £45000 to £48000. Hybrid working.

Your new company

A multi-site social care provider with a great reputation and working culture are looking to employ a HR Business Partner – Projects on a FTC for 6 months to cover secondments to projects.

Your new role

You will a tight knit, supportive and busy HR team working on HR projects around Rewards and Benefits.

Hybrid working - based at the Lincoln offices 2 days a week – and the rest WFH.

Reporting to the Head of HR and also the Head of HR/Project & Reward this role will focus on co-ordinating and delivering the HR initiatives and projects - including employee engagement, diversity & inclusion and employee wellness initiatives.
Also you will support the wider HR / People team with complex ER cases. Working at the senior level, influencing Directors and Senior Management by providing expert advice and guidance on all areas of HR ( including managing change, employee relations, performance management and implementation of HR project initiatives).
You will be comfortable with handling and reporting on a large volume of data, numbers and financial/commercial information and reporting / interpreting this.
You will supervise a HR Advisor Projects who will assist you will all these areas.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful applicant will possess a solid generalist background in HR aswell as strong data / analytics / reporting skills. Experience in working on reward / salary benchmarking, employee engagement, wellbeing and EDI initiatives.
Ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified / MCIPD ( or of suitably transferable skill level)
