Hays Human Resources are delighted to be partnering with this well established, highly reputable and dynamic organisation, located in Grimsby.
They are now offering a fantastic opportunity for a personable, passionate and professional HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
Sitting within the HR / Employee Relations team, this role will see you providing high quality advice to line managers and employees on a broad range of HR process relating to employee relations, terms and conditions and health & wellbeing.
You will also be involved in developing effective and collaborative approaches to deal with complex staffing issues in individual teams or business wide.
This role is open to HR Administrators / Coordinator who are looking to make that career move into generalist HR / ER casework as support and coaching will be given to assist you in your career goals.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have experience working in a busy HR office with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport and build trust quickly.
In addition, you will be: studying towards (or want to) the CIPD qualification / or hold the Level 3 as a minimum - with working knowledge of current employment law and HR best practice with evidence of continued professional development.
You must hold GCSE English and Maths and be IT literate in Microsoft applications.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Although not essential, previous experience of working in education, not for profit or environmental would be an advantage.

A permanent position with a salary of £24,790.

The role will be 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
