Your new role
Joining the business for a period of 6 months, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Business Partners by providing a generalist HR Advisory remit encompassing compensation review, managing employee relations casework and running year end performance reviews.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or equivalent and will have experience of operating as an HR Advisor within a matrix financial services business where you will have managed a generalist remit. You will be able to demonstrate your experience of successfully resolving a range of employee relations issues as well as leading compensation and performance reviews. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to a 6 month duration working from the Henley office 3 days a week.
