The large, International FMCG business has a diversified portfolio of products, with a customer base spanning local SME's to other multinational conglomerates. My client is looking for a multitalented HR & People Data Advisor to join their small, friendly and ambitious HR team.
Your new role
Reporting into the HR Director, your role will be responsible for providing detailed management information, reporting, alongside HR Generalist support to the organisation. This role enables you to get involved in so many areas of HR including employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, retention initiatives, well-being, employee engagement and diversity, equality & inclusion. There is also a level of administration included in the role, which provides you with the autonomy to work on a task from start to finish. The successful candidate needs to have strong excel skills (pivot tables, V-Lookups) and be able to manipulate data.
