Job Details
An excellent HR BP - Change Management job-permanent, within a successful, positive, employee-engaging, government organisation in Milton Keynes.
Your new role
As a permanent HR BP-Change Management, you will be part of a team of Senior HR BP's, and you will have 1 direct report into you. The role is both strategic and operational.
Duties will include:
Implementing and embedding organisational change initiatives, which could include re-deployment, redundancy, relocation and changes to ways of working.
Establishing standard processes and methodologies to transform how change is implemented and embedded.
Leading on the people and Employee Relations aspect of change and working with stakeholders to ensure all activity is effectively scoped, planned and implemented
Develop and implement effective change management guidance, processes and templates that align to the organisation's re-structure, re-deployment and redundancy guidelines.
Provide advice on implementing organisational change and using organisation design principals.
Lead on developing effective relationships with trade unions.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have extensive experience as an HR BP who has a wealth of change management experience, leading on redundancies, re-deployment, re-structure, re-location.
You must have experience as an HR BP within the Civil Service.
You will ideally be qualified to level 7 of the CIPD or equivalent.

Flexible working options are available. This is a hybrid role based in Milton Keynes, 2 days per week and home based 3 days per week, with flexible hours.
Performance related award, corporate bonus, 26% pension contribution from the employer. 26 days holiday + bank holidays, CIPD subscription fee.
