About the job
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and vibrant organisation. This is a newly developed, 3 days a week, office based position within the business. You will have the opportunity to help design the people and culture service for the organisation’s 80 employees. You will work closely with leaders and line managers to deliver the people strategy ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed, acting as a first line support for staff in all employment matters. You will be responsible for administering talent attraction, onboarding, reviews and other transactional HR requirements including collating payroll information for external payroll partners. Supporting the development of employee engagement initiatives and building a culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement.
About you
At least 2 years relevant experience
Working towards / qualified in CIPD
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Organised with a flexible approach to meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and in writing
Proven influencing and negotiating skills
Committed and enthusiastic approach
Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
Confident at working at all levels of the organisation
Display appropriate levels of assertiveness to ‘get the job done'
A competent user of Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point
