Part-Time Customer Care Advisor

Your new company
My client, one of the country's leading manufacturers in FMCG, is seeking a professional Customer Care Advisor to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity on a part-time basis.
Your new role
Based in busy offices in Bootle, the position is being offered with a hybrid model once you have passed training. Hours of work are x 4 days per week - 09.30am - 14.30pm.
If you have a passion for providing a first-class customer service experience to both customers and clients alike, this could be an ideal opportunity. The main purpose of this position is to provide customers and consumers with the highest quality of service via telephone, email, and other mediums.
You will engage with customers / consumers via phone, email, webchat.
Dealing with incoming calls from customers / clients
Updating systems
Liaising with other departments
Sending out correspondence
Booking appointments

What you'll need to succeed
Excellent communication skills, both written ane verbal
Passion for going that extra mile with the clients you are dealing with
Proven work history within an office-based customer service background.
