Job Details

Our client, a London-based Professional Membership Body is urgently looking to recruit an Interim HR Adviser them for an immediate start. Hybrid working available with 2 days per week working from the central London office.

As HR Adviser in this newly created role, you'll be joining this organisation at an exciting time of growth and work as part of a small HR team to implement a new People strategy and deliver an excellent HR service to managers and employees. This will include providing first line HR advice on HR policies and procedures and on a range of employee relations matters, coaching managers on best practice HR and ensuring that the organisation plans successful recruitment campaigns. You'll also provide support for a variety of upcoming HR projects and help implement new employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.

This role requires a confident and credible HR professional with a proactive approach, who is comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, including the Executive team.
