My client is an SME production business in Ashton-under-Lyne and are UK leaders within their field. They are seeking to recruit a HR Generalist on a permanent basis to support the HR Manager.
Your new role
As a HR Generalist, you will report to and work closely with the HR manager for the site that has a headcount of 200 employees. They are needing someone who has a strong background of generalist HR duties to work within their HR team and handle the day-to-day HR tasks. You must be organised and have the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. You will be the main point of contact for any queries and dealing with a wide range of tasks. This role will be very generalist, covering duties such as but not limited to the employee lifecycle, absence management, performance management, maintaining the HR System, date reporting, payroll administration, maintaining the HR inbox, recruitment coordination. The successful candidate must possess a high degree of professionalism and discretion and must know how to represent both the company policies and the needs of the company. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to continuously develop and progress their experience.
What you'll need to succeed
