This local authority based in central London is focussed on supporting a diverse and sustainable London. They have embarked on a number of HR transformation projects, with the most significant of these at the moment being their Total Reward Refresh.
Your new role
Leading the organisation's Total Reward Refresh programme, key responsibilities will include:
* Producing high-quality documentation for updating project status - dashboards, gantt charts, risk registers etc
* Management of programme budgets
* Be responsible for updating senior stakeholder on project progression including areas of risk, programme and financial procurement practices etc
* Lead the development of dependency-mapping, programme plans, and analysis and tracking of all programme deliverables
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have excellent project management experience within a complex organisation. You will be familiar with reward offerings/processes, and have strong experience with project/programme reporting.

In addition to a competitive salary, you will have access to a generous holiday allowance and employer contribution pension scheme. My client will also consider this role being worked on a part-time basis (3 days per week). You will be able to work on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days onsite.
