Reward Manager

What you'll need to succeed
Personal Attributes

* Numerate with excellent organisational skills
* Qualified to degree level, preferably STEM, as this job involves numbers and complexity
* Exposure to HR, finance and tax relating to Reward. This role will be the 'in-house expert' that business HRDs will turn to.
* Gravitas and sufficient experience to make/ recommend a business approach to HRDs
* Thrives on good quality work, delivery to businesses and continuous learning
* Resilient, a good team player, and a good sense of humour helps.

Indicative Experience required

* International Reward experience in a large multinational - minimum 5 years in mobility, on top of a general HR background.
* Alternatively, minimum 8 years' experience in a relevant consultancy firm, with a desire to move into an in-house HR community and roll up sleeves and get stuck in.
