Your new role
As a member of the HR Technology team in the HR Services section, the HR Technology Analyst will play a key role supporting the SuccessFactors system and Excel-based Tools across the EMEA region:

* Supporting the SF Platform owner and module SMEs to ensure that the system is available, regularly updated and enhanced, and meets business requirements.
* Responding to HR colleagues and employee and manager queries in accordance with the HR Operations support model, escalating where required
* Supporting SMEs with change requests, including carrying out unit testing and updating documentation
* Key participant in bi-annual software releases/upgrades, testing new functionality and performing regression testing on existing modules.
* Supporting strategic and high-profile HR and Business change projects that involve changes to HR Technology.
* Supporting critical events in the HR calendar from the technology perspective, including Performance Reviews, Bonus Planning & Compensation Review, Calibration and Promotion.
* SF Platform services/modules currently live: BizX Platform (including Report Centre and Integration Centre), Learning, Compensation, Performance & Goals,Recruitment, Onboarding 1.0.

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience in administering, supporting or using one or more SuccessFactors modules such as Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruitment.
* Some previous exposure to system testing and use of a report writing tool would be an advantage.
* Advanced-level Excel skills.
* Interested in HR Technology and willing to undertake self-study to up-skill on SF applications outside current area of expertise.
* Strong customer service focus.
* Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and influence peers and managers.
* Versatile and adaptable and can deal positively with ambiguity.
* Methodical, with a good eye for, and attention to, detail.
* Able to evaluate a range of solutions and apply judgement in making recommendations.
* Able to think creatively and be innovative when delivering solutions and in problem-solving.
* Likes working with people from different countries and cultures and will participate actively in the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
* Strong and reliable team member who contributes to both individual development goals and the team's strategic objectives.
* Acts with the highest standards of integrity and fairness to colleagues and clients.
* Business Writing/Business Analyst experience and skills desirable - able to translate requirements and be a conduit between technical and non-technical colleagues.
* Degree level education or equivalent professional qualification (eg: SF module admin certification) is desirable.
