Are you an HR professional with experience of providing high quality advice and guidance? Are you looking of a new challenge for the next step in your career in a hybrid role, working on site in central London up to two days a week.

Demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and high attention to service-user need, you will effectively communicate with key stakeholders at all levels, and across the College. You will deploy the ability to multi-task and to work alongside managers in support of a wide range of issues, and in academic and estates and facilities roles.

Additionally, strong organisational and planning skills will be key attributes for succeeding in this busy and varied role. As part of the HR Business Partnering team, you will provide a comprehensive HR service, supporting managers in designated schools and professional service departments within the College.

You will be level 5 CIPD-qualified, or currently working towards it, and able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of a range of formal and informal HR processes and procedures in order to provide generalist HR support, advice and guidance.

The role involves hybrid working, with a requirement to be onsite in Bloomsbury for a minimum of one day a week.  The regular onsite working day is Monday with a requirement to be present for key meetings and events, which may require additional days, but not more than two days a week.

Remuneration

Grade 6 of the College's London Pay Scale which is £37,143 rising to £42,365 per annum.
