Our client who are an SME business in Accrington are recruiting an HR Officer on a fixed-term contract basis. This is a maternity cover role covering generalist HR duties and offer a hybrid working model.
Your new role
As a HR Officer, you will support the People Vice President in a generalist HR capacity. You will be responsible for the full life-cycle HR support, HR systems, payroll administration, recruitment, employee relations support and HR projects. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience working within a dedicated HR role, have robust knowledge of HR systems and a people-drive attitude.
