Your new role
You will report to a supportive HR Manager with an HR Administrator reporting in to you as part of a team of 4.
To partner with business leaders and line managers to assist in building capabilities within HR and recruitment, to develop approaches which support the overall strategy and critical development plans of the business. This role will deliver a comprehensive, effective, efficient and legally compliant service for all employees, which meets the needs of the organisation and achieves value for money.
This is a full-time, permanent position based onsite at the Chandlers Ford Office, with occasional travel to another local site (mileage can be claimed for this).
What you'll need to succeed
This role will see you take the lead on a variety of ER case work, so you must have experience of both basic and more complex caseloads. The company operate in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment, so you must have a flexible approach to change and a good level of resilience. You must be comfortable welcoming and supporting new starters to the business, including onboarding and conducting reviews.
An excellent knowledge of current employment law and the ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders is essential too. You must also hold a CIPD qualification (Level 3 minimum) with experience in an HR / People Advisor role or similar.

You will receive a market-led salary between £32,000-£35,000 (DOE), 22 days +BH's, an additional celebration day off (birthday etc), pension at 5% employee / 4% employer, EAP, free parking and mileage claimed for travel to a 2nd local site.
