Part Time Receptionist

Located in the heart of Liverpool, they are seeking a professional receptionist to join their team on an ongoing part-time basis.

Your new role
Being the face of the organisation, you will be required to provide a first-class service to all clients / customers who are visiting the building.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to
Meeting and greeting all clients and customers professionally and promptly
Transferring all calls to correct departments, people
Booking meeting from requests
Ordering stationery
Greeting new starters and engaging with them, giving out welcome packs
Creating security passes for visitors
Dealing with all couriers
Dealing and sorting incoming and outgoing post
