Your new role
This is a permanent position. This role is a HR generalist role requiring a solid HR background including supporting Managers and employees, ER, TUPE and recruitment. You will be supporting a number of sites in the area. The role has two direct reports - 2 x HR Assistants. This is an interesting and varied role. Work from home 1-2 day per week.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a solid HR background and successful track record in HR generalist roles. To be successful, you will need to deliver HR services to the SLT and providing guidance, ensuring HR processes are in place and effective. This will require a proven track record including covering ER and recruitment. TUPE knowledge and experience is required.
