Your new company

International Manufacturing Business in South Manchester are recruiting an HR Generalist on a permanent basis. This role will be based predominately at their Wythenshawe site with occasional travel to the Rochdale site will be necessary. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious, looking for a new challenge and committed to providing value to the HR function.

Your new Job
In your new job as an HR Generalist, you will be reporting directly to the HR Director and be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to approximately 170 employees. The role itself is very generalist, covering the whole employee life cycle, recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, payroll administration, HR Projects as well as the day-to-day HR administrative tasks. You will communicate across all levels of the business, ensuring all key HR processes are delivered successfully. The successful candidate will be professional and confident while sustaining a friendly approach to assist with all employee queries. The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing background or similar, however, this is desirable and not essential. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious, looking for a new challenge and committed to providing value to the HR function.
