Job Details
Key responsibilities for this piece of work are:
* Lead the roll out of TRAC across across the organisation working with Recruitment Service team members
* Ensure processes and functionality available are geared towards management of current organisation change process - including key support for managing selection processes, ring fencing and suitably alternative employment post filling
* Provide support and guidance on a one to one and in group situations to managers required to use the system
* Update relevant policies and processes
* Ensure any information and processes required by Payroll and Workforce Information Systems teams at North East Commissioning Support Unit are appropriately tied together
* Knowledge of NHS recruitment checks and processes
* Work effectively as part of a small HR team
* Provide key updates and briefings for management and change programme teams as required
* Operational lead for the TRAC roll out working group
Due to the nature of this role you MUST have extensive experience in using TRAC so will need to come from an NHS background.
Hybrid working is available with the requirement to be on-site a couple of days a week
This is an immediate requirement so you will need to be able to start in the next couple of weeks
