Job Details

We are recruiting for an interim ER Manager for 6 months to join a global charity, working primarily from home. Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations & Inclusion and working as part of our People & Culture team, you will provide the delivery of Employee Relations services in the areas of investigations, analysis, policies and procedures and special projects designed and will be responsible for managing the triage process for Employee Relations cases across our regional offices across UK and EU.

As our ER Manager you will ensure follow through with the appropriate channels of case management and investigations, communicating with key stakeholders, checking on investigation report status and closing the feedback loop after process. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in HR, specifically working in an Employee Relations, handling a wide and varied caseload, undertaking ER investigations, acting as an advisor/specialist in disciplinary and grievance processes including writing the subsequent reports, applying UK employment law, and supporting staff in the UK and across continental Europe.
