Our People & Culture team is undergoing a restructure, which will mean significant growth and innovation in 2024. This in response to our ambitious People & Culture Strategy, recently launched following approval by our Board of Directors.

The Talent Acquisitions Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing processes across candidate attraction, recruitment & selection and onboarding. Reporting to the Head of HR Operations the post-holder will support the development of a comprehensive Talent Acquisition strategy to attract and engage talented candidates to work for Anna Freud and to ensure that we stay competitive in the markets in which we work.

They will be leading a small recruitment team comprising of two Recruitment Officers and they will have the opportunity to support the wider People and Culture team with projects and initiatives to enhance areas such as Employee Value Experience, People Experience EDI and Branding.

The successful candidate will join Anna Freud at an important and exciting time. We have an ambitious five-year strategy to close the gaps in mental health support by empowering children, young people, their parents, carers and the millions of professionals working with children and learning from them.

Location: Hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working). Staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH).
