My Client, a large NHS Trust outside of London is looking for an experienced AD of Workforce - Resourcing & Corporate to join the team on a short term basis from January (potentially sooner), initially for 3-4 months.



Reporting to The Chief People Officer this role is a key member of the Chief People Officer's senior team and a key leadership role in the People and Communications Directorate. The post-holder supports the delivery of the Trust's strategic goals and People Strategy and will use their skills, expertise and experience to take a long-term strategic view of the Trust's requirements on all recruitment, resourcing and Corporate initiatives and how these can be achieved.



This role supports the business partnering function to the executive team and manages the Divisional Head of Workforce - Corporate. This role also leads on strategic and operational temporary staffing for the Trust across all staff groups, working closely with professional nursing, AHP and medical workforce leads, the Trust's provider of temporary staffing services, and colleagues across the Integrated Care System (ICS).
