Our client is a household name, a leader within the telecoms industry. Within their Talent Acquisition team, they place the candidate journey at the top of their agenda. It's a great time to be joining our client as Talent Acquisition Partner to personally deliver a best-in-class recruitment processes, sourcing talent for assigned roles, with strong stakeholder engagement and business focus.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager, ensuring that your contribution enables them to have the insight and capacity to effectively stakeholder manage their leadership team and grow the value of the Talent Acquisition team agenda.
You'll also have a key focus on the management of customer relationship management talent pools for your business area, through the sourcing of rich and interesting content to engage and incentivise talent to view the organisation as an employer of choice. Seeking counsel where needed from the Employer Brand team to ensure they have branded materials and social content to support sourcing strategies.
A priority focus on direct sourcing, and the management of third-party agencies where this support may be required; you will influence hiring decisions through the effective use of assessment and selection tools and influence stakeholder decisions using talent market analytics.
You will ensure every candidate has a positive end to end experience at all touchpoints through their recruitment journey, considering the moments that matter.
You will have the freedom to influence the outcome of hiring decisions using critical thinking concepts. As the team you support evolves and adapts, so will your Talent Acquisition strategy meaning there will never be a dull moment! Working as a team is essential. You will have the autonomy to maximise your own strategy.
Our client is specifically seeking an individual with previous talent acquisition experience within consumer products. So therefore, it will be ideal if you have previous industry experience within Telecoms or FMCG/electronics/Utilities/subscription or similar. Typical roles you will be recruiting will be across commercial, pricing, propositions and product based roles.
Our client is an inclusive employer therefore offering flexible and hybrid working. This role is available full time, however 4 days per week will be considered.
