Your new role
Working in a small team, you will be the first point of contact for all HR related queries across the full generalist remit. This will include Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, Performance, Probation, Payroll and L&D support. You will support on day to day issues and provide coaching and development to managers with regard to policy review and best practice.
This is a busy and full-on role and requires a robust and resilient HR Advisor who has experience or working at all levels be comfortable advising at c-suite level
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working in a busy HR role supporting across the full generalist remit
Ideally have worked with the EMEA region or other countries.
