Job Details

We are seeking an Interim Associate Director of People / Resourcing, Workforce Planning and HR Systems for an initial 4-month contract to start in December.
Reporting to the Chief of People, you will be leading 4 large teams responsible for a range of specialist functions including Recruitment, Temporary Staffing, Workforce Planning and HR Systems.

* Leads the provision of high-quality services across Recruitment, Temporary Staffing, Workforce Planning and Workforce Systems support senior managers employees across the organisation to be safe and legal, to provide excellent services and to realise the People Plan
* Taking lead responsibility in providing a comprehensive workforce planning, systems and intelligence function for the Organisation.
* Lead strategic workforce planning interventions to support the delivery of the Transformation programmes aligned to the annual planning process,
* Ensure a depth of workforce analytics in which sound business decisions can be made and which will inform the monthly and annual workforce
* Take a long-term strategic view of the organisation's requirements for all recruitment, resourcing, temporary staffing and corporate initiatives and how these can be achieved.
* Responsible for the high-quality operational delivery of the recruitment and Temporary Workforce staffing

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader with substantial experience in Resourcing, Temporary Staffing, Workforce Planning and HR Systems.
To be considered, candidates must possess a strong background and experience in at lease one of the areas - Workforce Planning, Resourcing, Temporary Staffing & Workforce Systems with large complex public sectors such as the NHS.
• Significant experience in an HR role at a senior level in a complex environment.
• Significant experience of providing HR, systems and temporary staffing and Resourcing advice at a senior level
• Experience of influencing decisions up to Executive level
• Experience of writing papers for senior committee meetings
• Experience of promoting partnership and collaborative working with members of different professions and organisations
• Experience of managing and resolving conflict
• Experience of developing, reviewing and implementing plans, policies and procedures
• Significant leadership and management experience.
Ideally, seeking experience with the NHS or potentially large scale public sector
Chartered Member of the ClPD or similar
• Master's Degree level education or equivalent level of experience

The Offer
This is an interim appointment for an initial 4-month period to start in December to cover an internal secondment
The role will be based on site in Bournemouth & Poole 4 days per week / 1 day from home.
