My client, based in Huyton, is a leading contractor specialising in fire safety. They are seeking 2 professional customer service specialists to join their team on a permanent basis. The company has large growth plans with progression opportunities available.
Specialising in safety equipment and servicing large public sector organisations, this is a prime time to join.
Your new role
The position is being offered as full time Monday to Friday with working hours of 08.00am - 16.00pm and 09.00am - 17.00pm based in the offices in Huyton
You will be reporting to the Service Delivery Manager on site.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to
You and the wider team will be the primary point of contact for all service queries, dealing with stakeholders and clients alike. Having excellent customer service skills, you will develop and maintain excellent service to all clients.
Assisting the service delivery manager in scheduling and streamlining planned works
Providing a first class service to all stakeholders and clients via phone, email and social media
Keep all systems up to date with correct and relevant information
Attending all ad hoc, contract meetings
Collating and compiling reports
Liaising with engineers and booking appointments
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent customer service skills
Used to working within a fast based service driven enviroment
Quick to pick things up and build lasting working relationships
What you'll get in return
Very competative salary £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
