Your new company
A growing organisation in the education sector is seeking a new HR BP / Senior Advisor due to growth and changes.
You will be working at the headquarters in Sleaford 1 day a week, then managing your own diary; spending the rest of your time visiting the other 20 sites in the region and also from home.
Your new role
Reporting to the Director of HR, working in a team of 5 your role will be to support both Management and staff in the people / HR area and enhancing people practices.
This is a generalist role involved in all areas of HR advisory, ER, case management, process and culture improvements, wellbeing, TUPE, trade union liaison. No 2 days will be the same!
You will plan and manage your own workload and location (including WFH) - working with the HR team 1 day a week at the head office in Sleaford; then visit sites for meetings (both operational, support and strategic/project work).
This is an excellent opportunity for either a HRBP to work in a environment where you “give back” or for a Senior HR Advisor to take that next step. True career opportunities are available in this growing organisation.

What you'll get in return.
