Regional HR Advisor - 12mnth FTC. Hybrid

Regional HR Advisor – North - £37000 to £42000 DOE and quals – plus car allowance £7500
Hybrid working – 3 days in the field and 2 WFH. 12-month FTC

Your new company
A leading UK construction and regeneration group with sites around the UK are seeking a new Regional HR Advisor on a 12-month FTC due to growth and changes.

Your new role

Reporting to the Regional HR Business Partner for the north region you will act as the regional expert providing comprehensive HR advice and support throughout a designated region or area of responsibility. Supporting the delivery of the People Plan whilst delivering and promoting best practice in compliance with company Policy and Process to all stakeholders and staff.

You will be advising and coaching various Site and Departmental Managers on all areas of people and human resources aswell as supporting projects in the wider HR team e.g. New competencies framework, management skills, culture etc

Working in a hybrid manner – you will visit the Regional Office at Sheffield and also various “sites” across the North. This will be circa 3 days a week in the field - with the other 2 days working from home if you wish.

There could be the potential to be extended or offered a permanent job depending on the growth of the company and the HR team.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced HR Professional with experience in generalist areas of HR and ideally some project work.
CIPD Level 5 or suitably equivalent experience (career / study supported).
Car/driving license holder (due to regional travel involved)
