Your new role
Supporting a finance population undergoing a period of change, you will support with the HR aspects of the change activities as well as help to embed new structures, ways of working including culture change and knowledge transfer.


What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have worked in a HR Business partnering role where you will have supported a finance population in a global matrix business. It it essential that you have managed change and transformation activities as well as helped to embed to new ways of working and cultures. It is essential that you have resilience and are quick to influence and engage at a senior level. It is essential that you can start a new role in January and can commit to a 3-6 month contract working from the London office for a minimum of 1 day per week. For the right person this could become a permanent role.
