My client, a leading organisation within the pension's industry, is seeking a professional Customer Service Specialist with pension experience to join their team on a permanent basis.
Initially, the role will be based from offices in Speake, but they are relocating to central Liverpool in March.
Your new role
You will report to the head of customer service and support with new client onboarding and ongoing day-to-day customer service. The main requirements of this position are to provide a first class service covering technical queries, cases and complaints.
Some of your duties will include but not limited to.
To provide a first class service around technical queries including training
Work closely on product development
Contribute to a continuous improvement culture
Investigate and review customer service complaints
Interprets and implements regulatory change into operational policy and procedures, working with proposition and development colleagues as appropriate
Liaise with the wider operations function to feed into continuous improvement needs
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 3 years DC pension experience
Proven history within an office-based customer service position
Have CF1 - FA2 qualifications
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Experience of process improvement
