Your new role
Provide comprehensive advice and guidance on HR policies and employment law issues to staff and Managers
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders both internal and external;
Manage the recruitment life cycle from start to finish; interviews, Psychometrics and work with Managers to recruit and select the best staff;
Provide support to subsidiary companies;
Development and review of policies in line with UK legal requirements and best practice;
Support and manage a broad range of employee relations issues both formally and informally e.g. flexible working, complaints, sickness absence, maternity process, grievances, redundancy, restructuring and business transfers under TUPE;
Support key HR projects within Europe as and when required;
Ensure timely and accurate administration of personnel transactions i.e. offer letters, contracts of employment, pre-employment screening, transfers, probation end process, leavers, conduct exit interviews;
Close liaison with the payroll Manager to ensure on-boarding, exit and other HR transactional work is being processed smoothly;
Assist in any Training and L&D requirements from the Managers and staff.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working in a busy HR role within and multinational organisation
Experience of managing ER cases from start to finish
Working across the recruitment process
