My client, a leading Charity that supports the welfare and rights of children and young people now has an exciting career development opportunity for an Assistant People Partner to join their People and Culture Team on a permanent basis. Please note; this role offers hybrid working requiring a minimum of 1 day per week working from the central London offices.

The work of the People and Culture team ranges from providing day to-day HR and people services that span the full employee lifecycle, right through to working with directors and managers on longer-term organisational development and change strategies to enable the organisation to meet its purpose and objectives.

As Assistant People Partner you will be joining a small and highly professional team that value collaboration and supporting each other to deliver the best service possible. Key to success in this role will be your ability to work flexibly and collaboratively along with a pragmatic and can-do approach to getting things done and an appetite to learn.

The Assistant People Partner will work closely with the Senior People Partner to provide an effective People Partnering service to the organisation. The role has a particular focus on resourcing and requires someone with a proven track record in managing recruitment campaigns. You'll also be providing proactive advice and guidance to managers on a range of people policies and procedures, supporting on a variety of HR-related projects and much more!

To be considered you'll be either CIPD qualified or working towards achieving the CIPD qualification, with proven experience of providing professional, customer focussed HR advice as part of a People and Culture team and demonstrate a genuine interest and commitment to developing your career as a Human Resources professional. You'll also ideally enjoy working with data and be interested in helping to develop and drive a data-driven approach within the team.
