HR Business Information & HESA Manager
2-year Fixed Term contract, Full-time (35 hours per week)
Salary range £46,050 - £51,530, including London Weighting, depending on experience

This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR Team in this new role, HR Business Information & HESA Manager. The role will include:-
- Developing and improving the School’s collation of information and management of data reporting as well as ensuring that the School submits the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) return each year.
- Developing relationships at all levels including Senior Management, both internally and externally.
The successful candidate should have proven experience in the use of business Intelligence and reporting tools, inc. requirements gathering, report creation and technical reporting skills within an educational institution, including the delivery of annual reports to sector bodies, i.e. HESA. Excellent communication and organisation skills and the ability to build and nurture effective relationships are also essential.
