Job Details
We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Resourcing Business Partner to collaborate with our HR and business teams in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent. The Recruitment Business Partner will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and partnering with business leaders to understand their staffing needs and objectives.
Your new role
* Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior management to understand business goals and objectives and develop recruitment strategies aligned with these goals.
* Talent Acquisition: Identify, source, and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from creating job descriptions and conducting interviews to making job offers and onboarding new hires.
* Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including interviews, skills testing, and reference checks, to ensure the selection of highly qualified candidates.
* Employer Branding: Collaborate with the communications team to enhance our employer brand and create compelling job postings and recruitment marketing campaigns.
* Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to track recruitment metrics, evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their staffing needs and act as a trusted advisor.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
* Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the recruitment process and advocate for diversity initiatives within the organisation.
What you\'ll need to succeed
* Proven experience as a recruitment business partner or similar role in a fast-paced environment or business scale up environment.
* Experience of working in a Financial services or professional service organisation is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and current recruitment trends.
* Proven experience in leading and supporting an organisations EDI strategy, building local and diverse talent pipelines and networks.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (workday preferred) and other industry recruitment tools such as LinkedIn.
* Ability to analyse data and provide insights to drive recruitment strategy.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
* Formal qualification in HR or Recruitment such as CIPD is highly desirable.
