Your new role
As a permanent, part-time HR Administrator, you will be part of a busy HR team and have a varied generalist HR role.
Duties will include:
Setting up starters and managing leavers.
Preparing offer letters and contracts.
Running pre-employment checks and DBS checks.
Managing the recruitment and selection process.
Recording sickness absence and training.
Providing basic advice on HR policy on sickness absence and annual leave.
Sitting in as a note taker on absence, grievance and performance meetings.
Running HR reports.
The role is hybrid and will be based in the office in Bedfordshire 2-3 days per week and home based the rest of the time.
The role is Part-Time 22.5 hours to 30 hours per week, ideally 3-4 full working days.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You must have HR administration experience.
