My client is a dynamic and growing professional services business in Northwich. The company has achieved heavy organic growth through acquisitions and has a strong reputation in the industry. They are currently recruiting for a Senior HR Manager to manage the overall HR operations and deliver strategic objectives. You will be joining a business that has an inclusive culture, strong people focused that prioritises the development and progression of the workforce.

Your new role
As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service which ensures that managers and employees are equipped with the best practice to foster a high-performance culture. You can expect this role to be hands-on and will be required to assist with the management of the overall HR operations and the delivery of strategic objectives. The successful candidate must have proven HR Generalist experience, including TUPE and the ability to advise senior management on appropriate practices.

What you will need to succeed

* CIPD Level 5 Qualified or above
* Ability to establish credibility
* Proven generalist experience
* TUPE experience
* Self-motivated and able to work with autonomy
