Your new role
As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive HR service which ensures that managers and employees are equipped with the best practice to foster a high-performance culture. You can expect this role to be hands-on and will be required to assist with the management of the overall HR operations and the delivery of strategic objectives. The successful candidate must have proven HR Generalist experience, including TUPE and the ability to advise senior management on appropriate practices.

* CIPD Level 5 Qualified or above
* Ability to establish credibility
* Proven generalist experience
* TUPE experience
* Self-motivated and able to work with autonomy
