We are looking for a HR professional to lead the realisation of the school’s aims and provide high quality and impactful HR support across the organisation. You will be the first point of contact for all HR queries, providing helpful and proactive support and advice to managers and employees on a broad range of HR policies and processes. Your responsibilities will include staff recruitment, retention, performance management, absence management and employee relations.

The successful candidate will ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified or have equivalent experience of HR policies, procedures, and a good understanding of basic employment legislation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to relate well to people on all levels with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy is required.

The post holder is expected to lead by example, develop teamwork and actively promote the school’s corporate policies in pursuit of the school’s goal of corporate excellence.
