Your new role
As Interim People Partner, you will join a collaborative HR team and will support your own UK based client group spanning journalists, sales, distribution and corporate functions in a generalist remit. You will manage the annual cyclical processes and there is also the potential to manage some change based activity as well.
What you\'ll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have operated as an HR Business Partner for a media or creative business where you will be able to evidence a generalist remit. You will be able to demonstrate examples of running ER cases as well as change and restructure activities. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to working in the London office in a hybrid manner 3 days per week for a 6 month duration.
