This is an interim 3 month assignment for an HR Assistant with benefits experience, specifically childcare benefits.
This role will work with the wider HR team and support the UK and Europe in general HR activities & administration, HRIS records maintenance, rewards program coordination and/or administration focusing on Maternity / Paternity / parental leave administration.
Your new role
Family friendly administration
End to end process and handling returns from childcare leave cases. Collaboration with Payroll & shared Parental Leave.
Caregiver leave, dependents leave - end to end process supporting employees and managers.
Parental Leave (Unpaid) - end to end process supporting managers.

Responsible for maintaining eligibility lists and administration for a variety of employee benefits
Discount platform maintenance and comms
Maintenance of adding new hires & removing leavers
Adhoc seasonal admin and campaign maintenance

Updating and maintenance of the UK employee handbook
Adhoc updates and changes where needed
Adhoc content review and validity exercises

Answering employee lifecyle questions via ticketing system.
Daily handling and responding of employee queries. Collaboration with Payroll/Service desk colleagues all within a shared service function.

Updates and maintains local procedures & process charts where needed
Ongoing and ad hoc process efficiency with updating and maintaining process flows of core activities.

Filing and document management
Regularly downloading and saving lifecycle documents from a centralised sharepoint to local files.

What you\'ll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you must have experience in childcare rewards and HR administration/support. This role is 3 days a week on site, so you must live a commutable distance from Slough.
