Your new role
A well-established South Yorkshire based organisation with great reputation and employee experience is looking to add an additional team member to the HR / L&D team.
You will be working with Talent & Development Lead to design and deliver the Leadership Development programmes for the business, at various levels, which will help develop and improve business performance. The role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to make a positive impact on the people and culture.
You will also work with the business leaders to promote and embed a high-performance culture throughout the organisation.
The role will also work with the Human Resource team in delivering the Learning and Development Strategy.
You will also get the opportunity to be involved in other areas of L&D such as Apprenticeships, new learning intervention analysis and development, systems and other L&D projects.
What you\'ll need to succeed
The successful applicant will ideally have a CIPD Professional Qualification (or working towards) with proven experience working within a Learning and Development function - design and delivery of training to multiple delegates across multiple specialisms.
Experience in working with a variety and level of Stakeholders to advise and guide in L&D best practice, whilst also having the ability to ability to challenge and influence senior leaders.
Support/Coaching skills to show improved results.
This is an excellent opportunity for a L&D professional to further their career or an established L&D Practioner to take on a new challenge.
