We are looking for an experienced Wellbeing & Inclusion Lead to join the HR team working alongside a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will work across our Group developing and delivering an innovative range of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and Wellbeing initiatives, programmes and activities that have real impact. You will influence behavoural change, share best practice and encourage engagement.

-Salary £40750, full time, 36.25 hours. Flexibility regarding hours considered.

What you’ll need to be a success
-Proven experience of developing and delivering EDI and Wellbeing initiatives, campaigns, behaviour change projects and programmes.
-The ability to influence change and deliver strategic impact.
-Confident communicator, able to clearly articulate ideas and engage a range of audiences.
-Flexible attitude and readiness to adapt swiftly to change
Strong project management skills – capable of navigating complexity, ambiguity, and manage multiple competing priorities
Location of role
This role is primarily based in our Burnley office but travel around the North West is required The role very much relies on in-person connections and relationships and therefore homeworking is appropriate on an occasional basis
