I have a outstanding opportunity for a seasoned HR Business Partner to join my client, a Central Government Agency on an initial 6-12 month basis, (with a view to a permanent role)

Hybrid, flexible working model.

This is an exciting time to join the organisation throughout a period of transformation and the role requires an experienced HR Professional who can hit the ground running and work strategically with regards to OD and change, in addition to the full HR generalist HR remit.

You will support your peer group to grow and develop the role of the HR Business Partner and whilst employee relations is included in the remit there is a real commitment to upskilling the team to create a more strategic and less reactive HRBP role.

This is a great opportunity to support change and transformation in an SME size Government Department where you will get some quick wins.
