Your new role
In this role you will be focused on change and harmonisation of ways of working and consolidating terms and conditions. You will be supporting two areas of the organisation to become more unified and consistent, so you will need to be experienced in more senior HR roles. You will be working on projects and at times support general HR / BAU.

What you\'ll need to succeed
This post will suit an experienced HR professional who is a strong communicator who has the credibility and gravitas to support change. You will have a solid HR background covering both strategy/projects as day to day case work.
