Your new role
An HR Business Partner, reporting to the People Director, and working with a wider specialist HR team, with two direct reports. You will support the Head Office group across the employee lifecycle, and lead on HR projects where required. You will deploy an HR strategy and ensure a consistent approach between regions and stakeholder groups.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will have a successful track record of delivering in a commercial business, within the Retail industry. You will be able to influence, and be able to deliver in conjunction with HR SSC and CoE. You will have experience in people management and be knowledgeable in UK Employment Law. You will also have technical expertise in reward, OD, change management and ER matters, i.e. a strong generalist background. Your professional expertise will be complimented by a strong academic track record. You will also have Head Office Business Partnering experience.
