Your new role
We are currently recruiting for a Reward Advisor / Partner to join our public sector client. As a Reward Advisor / Partner, you will be responsible for helping to guide and steer the organisation's compensation and benefits programme. Through market research and data insights, you will shape the way in which the organisation benchmarks its jobs, applies pay frameworks and provides employee benefits that are fit for purpose. This role will also involve providing meaningful data and MI for senior stakeholders, as well as conducting job evaluations.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an individual with a real passion for pay and reward, ideally having gained practical experience in this area. You should also have strong analytical skills including good Excel and communication skills. Experience of salary bench-marking and / or job evaluation would also be advantageous.

This is a hybrid working role, with home working available for up-to 3 days per week. Offices are Central Birmingham with easy access to public transport links. The organisation offers excellent benefits with up-to 27% pension contributions.
