Your new role
You will work collaberatey with stakeholders and managers to deliver the people strategy. This will include; Strategic Partnering, Employee Relations, Talent Management , Learning & Development, Data Analysis, as well as assisting with the organisation\'s change initiatives, ensuring the delivery of changes are communicated throughout the business. Ensuring that all polices and procedures are compliant and inline with regulations.
This is a fast paced role and requires a competent and experienced people partner who is able to make commercial decisions working closely with the business to support the continuous growth.
What you\'ll need to succeed
CIPD L5 (or equivalent)
Excellent employment law knowledge and HR principles and best practice
Blend of strategic and operations
Have experience of working in fast paced tech/retailer
